Previously at Wakefield Park…

In just over two weeks’ time we’ll be off to Wakefield Park for our first track event of the year – the HSRCA’s Historic Summer at Wakefield Park. So let’s have a look back at what happened the last time the HSRCA and friends visited Wakefield Park!

Last time out we ran an MG, Austin Seven and air-cooled racing car special event that kept drivers of such machines foot to the floor all weekend and provided some great fun for spectators and other classes alike. The collection of MGs, Austin Sevens and air-cooled racing cars was wonderful to see, as was the contingent of glorious racing machinery from all makes, marques and classes that consistently makes our events so unique.

This time out we have no marque specific theme – it’s just a chance for good friends to catch up and hit the track for some summer fun with cars from the golden age of motorsport.
